Are shipping costs included in the price?

All of our local South African based orders enjoy a flexible delivery rate for all orders under R1500. Any orders over R1500 in value will enjoy FREE DELIVERY. Please note that The Space Lab makes use of third-party courier companies, and all tracking information will be supplied as soon as your order is dispatched. We recommend contacting the relevant courier directly in order to get real time results however our team is here to assist you.

Do you ship outside of the South Africa?

The Space Lab ships to an ever-growing international audience. The Space Lab makes use of multiple courier express shipping, and your shipping rates are automatically calculated upon checkout based on your product selection and accompanying weights and dimensions. Please note that depending on your location there may be additional duties/customs payable.

What Shipping methods do you offer?

We have a standard courier delivery being 3-5 days for local orders and 2 weeks for international orders. If you have special requirements, please contact us and note that extra charges may be added to your order.

How long does it take to get my shipment?

If your product is available immediately, shipment will take 3-5 days.
